| Box Office | | Access for All | | The Playhouse is committed to making the theatre an accessible and enjoyable experience for all our patrons. | | The building is accessible in all public areas and on stage to wheelchair users and those with mobility difficulties. There are three wheelchair/lift user spaces each with one companion on the balcony,plus two end seats in the main seating area for people who are able to transfer from collapsible aids. If not booked, these seats will be released to the general public only when all other seats are sold. There is a ‘buy one, get one free’ discount off full-price tickets for wheelchair users and their companion, as well as for those registered blind or who are deaf (advance bookings only and subject to availability). Guide and hearing dogs welcome. Do ring us if a prior visit would be helpful. | The Playhouse has two state-of-the-art systems to help the hard of hearing, both through the Sennheiser infra-red system – one for use with a hearing aid and one without.
